Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Creativemoro online store and your purchase of personalized and made-to-order products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Personalized orders
You are responsible for reviewing the selected product, size, color, quantity, uploaded artwork, spelling, dates, and placement before submitting an order. Production may begin shortly after checkout. Small differences in color caused by screen settings or fabric texture, and minor placement variations within normal production tolerances, are not considered defects.
Customer artwork and permissions
By uploading artwork, photos, logos, text, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content. We may reject or cancel an order that violates these requirements.
Pricing and payment
Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99 per order. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins.
Production and delivery
Personalized products normally require 1–2 business days for production. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 5–7 business days, for an estimated total of 7–9 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or address problems.
Final-sale policy
Personalized and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because of change of mind, an incorrect option selected by the customer, customer-entered errors, or unsuitable customer-supplied artwork.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misprinted because of our error, contact creativemoro@outlook.com within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to the original payment method. No physical return is required for an approved claim caused by our error.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact creativemoro@outlook.com as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Because production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order is submitted. Once production begins, a personalized order cannot be canceled.
Intellectual property
The Creativemoro website, branding, design, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by Creativemoro or used with permission and may not be copied or exploited without authorization. Customers retain their rights in customer-supplied content while granting us the limited permission needed to produce, review, fulfill, and support the order.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update information, reject an order, or cancel and refund an order if a product or price was displayed incorrectly or cannot be fulfilled.
Third-party services
The store may use Shopify and third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, or other service providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creativemoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
