Production & shipping
Personalized products normally require 1–2 business days for production. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 5–7 business days, for an estimated total of 7–9 business days. Tracking is provided after shipment.

Personalized and made-to-order products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misprinted, contact us within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Use a clear JPG, PNG, or WEBP file. Transparent PNG files usually provide the cleanest preview for artwork without a background.
Will the finished print match the preview exactly?
The preview is a placement guide. Garment size, fabric texture, production tolerances, and screen color can cause small differences in scale, position, or color.
Can I use copyrighted artwork?
Only upload artwork that you created or have permission to use. Orders containing prohibited or unauthorized content may be canceled.
